Yeast glucan is a polysaccharide found in the cell wall of yeast with immune-enhancing activity - β-glucan. β-glucan is widely found in various fungi and plants, such as agaricus mushroom, shiitake mushroom, reishi mushroom, and oats, and is the main functional substance for them to exert health care effects.
