Plant origin and production
Core raw materials: Selected wild sea buckthorn (Hippophae rhamnoides L.) from Shanxi, Gansu and other places in China and artificially cultivated high-nutrition varieties (such as "Deep Autumn Red" and "Central Asian Sea Buckthorn"), the planting process has passed GAP certification, no pesticide residue (SGS test: lead <0.05ppm, arsenic <0.01ppm), the raw materials can be traced back to organic certified planting bases. Sea buckthorn is known as the "king of vitamin C", and its vitamin C content is 6-10 times that of citrus.
Production process:
Low-temperature crushing: -20℃ quick freezing followed by low-temperature crushing, retaining heat-sensitive vitamin C (retention rate > 95%) and flavonoids;
De-seeding and de-astringency: centrifugal separation technology is used to remove bitter seeds, combined with pectinase to hydrolyze tannins in a directional manner to improve the purity of the taste;
Vacuum concentration: 45-50℃ low-temperature concentration, efficient retention of active ingredients (vitamin C ≥ 15%, total flavonoids ≥ 2%);
Spray drying: centrifugal spray drying (inlet air temperature 180℃, outlet air 80℃), the finished product is 80-120 mesh powder, solubility > 98%;

Chemical definition: Seabuckthorn fruit powder is a spray-dried product of the whole fruit. The main active ingredients are natural vitamin C (≥15%), seabuckthorn flavonoids (≥2%) (CAS No.: 91770-89-1), vitamin E (≥50mg/100g) and Omega-7 fatty acids (palmitoleic acid ≥1%).
