Core raw materials: Selected non-GMO purple carrots (Daucus carota subsp. sativus var. atrorubens) from Shandong, Yunnan and other places in China. Pesticide residues are strictly controlled during the planting process (SGS test ≤0.01ppm), and the whole process is traceable. Purple carrots, as the original variety of carrots, can be traced back to Egyptian murals in 2000 BC and are rich in natural anthocyanins and β-carotene.

Extraction technology: Acidic ethanol extraction combined with ultrasonic assisted extraction is used to maximize the retention of anthocyanin activity, and then purified by membrane separation technology and macroporous resin, with a color value of ≥100 (E¹% 520nm).

Stability optimization: Microencapsulation technology improves light resistance (UV irradiation retention rate > 80% for 12 hours) and heat resistance (no fading at 70℃/1 hour), and is suitable for pH 2-7 environment.

Sustainability: Production waste residue is converted into organic fertilizer, with a resource utilization rate of 90%, and has passed ISO 14001 environmental certification.

Chemical definition: Purple carrot pigment (CAS No.: 11029-12-2) is a water-soluble anthocyanin pigment, the main active ingredient is cyanidin-3-glucoside, molecular formula C₂₁H₂₁O₁₁, and also has β-carotene (vitamin A precursor).

Appearance: Purple to dark purple powder (80-200 mesh), easily soluble in water and acidic ethanol, the solution is transparent red to purple
