July 28, 2022 – Nestled in the ecological sanctuary at the southern foothills of the Qinling Mountains, Risun Bio-Tech successfully concluded its three-day immersive team-building event themed "Collaborative Evolution, Collective Excellence." Beyond redefining corporate culture paradigms, the program implemented 12 tailored collaboration scenarios to embed the ethos that "every individual fuels innovation" into the organizational DNA.
Employees engaged in dynamic challenges, including problem-solving games, creative workshops, and outdoor adventures designed to strengthen cross-departmental collaboration. The "Transparent Supply Chain" project co-launched by Marketing and QC will debut initial results at October’s FIC Health Expo.
