Celebrates International Women’s Day with Inclusive Employee Care

March 8, 2024 — As dawn broke through the mist-clad Qinling Mountains, 328 custom agatewood gift boxes engraved with employees' names awaited discovery in Risun Bio-Tech's headquarters. Themed "Micro-Beams of Equity, Macro-Impacts of Care," this year's International Women's Day initiative redefined workplace inclusivity through 12 innovative designs, proving true equality begins with empathetic recognition of every role.
This year's initiative, themed "Celebrating Equality, Valuing Every Contribution," included curated gift boxes for female staff featuring wellness products and personalized thank-you notes. Notably, male employees also received special vouchers or gifts for their spouses/partners, emphasizing gratitude for the support of families behind the team.
Family Support Program: "Time Credit Vouchers" for male employees redeemable for parental health checks (91% utilization), spousal career coaching, or children's STEAM courses
The gesture resonated deeply across departments. "It's heartwarming to see the company recognize not just us, but our loved ones too," shared Joy from the Salesteam.
