Plant origin and production
Core raw materials: Select high-quality black mulberries (Morus nigra L.) from Xinjiang, Shandong and other places in China. The varieties are high-anthocyanin varieties such as "Da Shi" and "Long Sang". The planting process has passed GAP certification and has no pesticide residues (SGS test: lead <0.05ppm, arsenic <0.01ppm). The raw materials can be traced back to organic certified planting bases. Mulberries have a planting history of more than 2,000 years in China. "Compendium of Materia Medica" records that they "nourish yin and blood, promote fluid production and moisten dryness."
Production process:
Low-temperature crushing: -20℃ quick freezing and low-temperature crushing to retain anthocyanins (cyanidin-3-glucoside retention rate＞95%);
Enzymatic hydrolysis to remove astringency: Use pectinase for directional hydrolysis to remove tannin bitter substances and improve the purity of taste;
Vacuum concentration: 45-50℃ low-temperature concentration, efficient retention of active ingredients (anthocyanins ≥15%);
Spray drying: centrifugal spray drying (inlet air temperature 180℃, outlet air 80℃), the finished product is 80-120 mesh powder, solubility＞98%;
Sustainability: pomace is converted into biofuel, water resource recycling rate reaches 90%, and carbon footprint is reduced by 35% (certified by ISO 14064).

Chemical definition: Mulberry fruit powder is a spray-dried product of the whole fruit. The main active ingredients are cyanidin-3-glucoside (CAS No.: 7084-24-4), resveratrol (CAS No.: 501-36-0), and it also contains vitamin C (≥8%), iron (≥5mg/100g) and dietary fiber (≥25%).
