Production process:

Spray drying: centrifugal spray drying (inlet air temperature 180℃, outlet air 80℃), the finished product is 80-120 mesh powder, solubility > 98%;
Nutrient freshness lock: natural anti-caking agent (silicon dioxide < 0.5%) is added, and the active ingredients (proanthocyanidins ≥ 15%) are stably preserved;
Sustainability: pomace is converted into biofuel, reducing carbon footprint by 40% (ISO 14064 certified).
