Extraction technology: Acid ethanol extraction combined with ultrasonic assisted extraction to efficiently extract anthocyanins, then purified by resin adsorption, low-temperature concentration and spray drying, color value ≥50 (E¹% 520nm)
Stability optimization: Microencapsulation technology enhances light resistance (UV irradiation 12 hours retention rate > 85%) and heat resistance (80℃/2 hours without fading), suitable for pH 2-8 environment.
Sustainability: Waste residue is converted into feed raw materials, resource utilization rate reaches 95%, and passed ISO 14001 environmental certification.

Chemical definition: Black rice red (CAS number: 581-64-6) is a water-soluble anthocyanin pigment, the main active ingredient is cyanidin-3-glucoside, molecular formula C₂₁H₂₁O₁₁.
Physical and chemical properties:
Appearance: Dark purple powder (80-200 mesh), easily soluble in water and ethanol, the solution is transparent red to purple
Stability: Strong acid resistance (stable at pH 2-5), easy to turn blue in alkaline environment (pH>7), need to be stored away from light
Safety: LD₅₀>10g/kg (actual non-toxic level), no teratogenicity and genotoxicity.
