Plant origin and production
Core ingredients: The fruit of Malpighia emarginata, a plant of the Malpighia family native to tropical America, is mainly produced in organic planting bases in Brazil, Mexico and other places. There is no pesticide residue throughout the process and it has passed the SGS heavy metal test (lead < 0.05ppm, arsenic < 0.01ppm). Acerola is one of the natural plants with the highest known vitamin C content. Every 100 grams of fresh fruit contains 1677 mg of VC, far exceeding lemon (22 mg) and kiwi (62 mg).
Production process:
Low-temperature concentration: vacuum low-temperature concentration technology (40-50℃) is used to retain heat-sensitive nutrients (vitamin C retention rate>95%);
Spray drying: imported centrifugal spray drying tower (inlet air temperature 180℃, outlet air 80℃), instant drying into powder, solubility>98%, particle size 80-120 mesh;
Nutrient freshness lock: natural anti-caking agent (silicon dioxide <0.5%) is added to avoid agglomeration, and active ingredients (vitamin C ≥17%) are stably retained;
Sustainability: pomace is converted into feed raw materials, water resource recycling rate reaches 90%, and ISO 14064 carbon footprint certification is passed.

Chemical definition: Acerola fruit powder is a whole fruit spray-dried product. The main active ingredient is natural vitamin C (L-ascorbic acid). It also contains superoxide dismutase (SOD), vitamin A, B vitamins, anthocyanins, and minerals such as potassium and calcium.
