Hawthorn fruit powder is made from hawthorn fruit as the main raw material. Fresh hawthorn fruit is rich in dietary fiber. It is washed, pitted, and juiced to become hawthorn juice. Usually no preservatives or artificial colors are added to retain the original sweet and sour flavor of hawthorn. It is then filtered and the filtered hawthorn juice is concentrated into hawthorn fruit concentrated juice. The concentrated juice is spray-dried into powder, which is hawthorn fruit powder.
